Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Divint Technology Services LLC ("Divint", "we", "us")
handles information in the Tic Tac Ashbee mobile application
(the "App"). It applies to the App on iOS and Android.
Information we collect
- Account information. When you create an account for multiplayer
play, we collect a username, email address, and password. Passwords are handled by
Amazon Cognito and are never visible to us in plain form.
- Gameplay data. Multiplayer games, invitations, results, and your
list of favorited opponents are stored so the game can function across devices.
Favorites are private to you — other players are not notified and cannot see them.
- Push notification tokens. If you allow notifications, we store a
device push token so we can deliver game invites, turn reminders, and game results.
- Advertising identifiers. The App shows ads through Google AdMob.
With your permission (via the iOS App Tracking Transparency prompt or the consent
form shown in the App), AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier to show
personalized ads. If you decline, you still see ads — just non-personalized ones.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, or microphone audio.
- We do not show your email address or any personal details to other players — only
your chosen username is visible in multiplayer.

Your choices & rights
- Ads: you can change your tracking choice anytime in your device
settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking) or via the
privacy options form inside the App.
- Notifications: disable anytime in device settings.
- Account deletion: email us at the address below and we will delete
your account and associated gameplay data within 30 days.
- Depending on where you live (e.g. EEA/UK GDPR, California CCPA), you may have
rights to access, correct, or delete your data — contact us to exercise them.
Children
The App is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal
information from children under 13. Ads are configured for a general-audience content
rating. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
Data retention & security
Gameplay data is retained while your account is active. Data is stored on AWS
infrastructure in the United States and protected by industry-standard access controls
and encryption in transit.

We'll update this page when the policy changes and revise the "last updated" date above.
Material changes will be noted in an App update description.
